Lawyer. She has been advising on public procurement and PPP infrastructure projects for 20 years. Among others, she has advised on the largest projects currently underway in Poland, such as the design, construction and maintenance of a waste processing facility in Olsztyn, as well as a concession project for the design, construction and operation of a multi-story parking lot in Warsaw; the revitalization of the PKP railway station in Sopot and lighting modernization projects. She conducts training on PPP, concessions and public procurement. She has authored and co-authored books on PPP and concessions (including commentaries to the PPP Act) and articles, analyses and reports on the subject. She participated in the drafting of laws on PPP and on the concession agreement for construction works or services. She serves as an expert consultant on the assumptions and updates of the Government Policy for the development of public-private partnerships. She is a member of the National Association of Public Procurement Consultants.
