Agnieszka Glapiak, PhD- deputy chairman of the National Broadcasting Council. Journalist, political scientist and government official. She is a specialist in the field of public communication and political marketing.
She has many years of experience in creating a positive image of Polish state and local government institutions. She created a think tank: the Academic Centre for Strategic Communication. She holds a doctorate in the humane sciences. She graduated from the EMBA program, and completed postgraduate studies in cyber security and national security management.
