Artur Jagnieża - holder of a doctor's degree in military sciences, graduate of the National Defence Academy (2003); graduated in history from the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw (1996), in political science from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw (1997), and in postgraduate studies in state defence from the Strategic and Defence Department of the AON (1998); Has extensive professional experience during which he was, inter alia, advisor to the Mazovian Voivode, member of the Supervisory Board of "Bumar" Spółka z o.o, Deputy Mayor of Ursynów District and councillor of the Wola District of Warsaw-Centre Municipality. For almost 15 years he has been involved in the telecommunications market, where he deals on a daily basis with issues of business continuity management, risk management, crisis management, defence, public security and civil defence. From 2018 to 2022, Chairman of the Board of the Foundation Institute for Security and Strategy. Lecturer at the College of Social Sciences "Pedagogium" in Warsaw from 2005 to 2020. In the 2017/2018 summer semester, he gave guest lectures and exercises at the Faculty of National Security of the Academy of Military Arts in the subject Design of Security Systems of the Critical State Infrastructure.
