Author of numerous publications on security policy of NATO countries, the EU, peacekeeping operations, security sector reforms. Lecturer at the University of Warsaw, Vistula University of Finance and Business, European Security and Defence College, PISM Diplomatic Academy, National School of Public Administration (KSAP), European Diplomatic Academy. OSCE election observer in Kosovo and Ukraine. Member of the UN SSR Advisory Group and of the 'Security Sector Reform in the Southern Caucasus'. Graduate of the University of Warsaw and Jagiellonian University. Scholarship holder of the Department of State (International Visitor Leadership Program), George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Institut des Hautes Etudes de Defense Nationale (IHDN) and the Swedish National Defense College.
