Col. Dr. Robert Reczkowski

Deputy Director - Head of the Concept Development and Experience Utilization Division at the Doctrine and Training Center of the Armed Forces.

Deputy Director - Head of the Concept Development and Experience Utilization Division at the Doctrine and Training Center of the Armed Forces. He is also a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Political and Security Sciences of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

In 2019, he returns to the Doctrine and Training Center of the Polish Armed Forces as the head of the Military Operations Analysis Department. On August 29, 2022, he was appointed the Deputy Director of CDiS SZ - the head of the Concept Development and Experience Utilization Division.

Col. Dr. Reczkowski is also a graduate of the Master's studies at the Academy of Bydgoszcz (2004) and doctoral studies at the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz (2011). He also completed many specialist and improvement courses, both in Poland and abroad.

His scientific interests focus mainly on issues related to contemporary armed conflicts, national and international security, as well as issues related to geopolitics and geostrategy, both in historical and contemporary terms. He is the author or co-author of several scientific monographs and several dozen scientific articles.
