Head of the Central Military Recruitment Center

Brigadier General Mirosław BRYŚ joined the Polish Army as a cadet at the Higher School of Officers of the Mechanized Army in 1991. After officer studies, by order of the President of the Republic of Poland at the first officer rank of second lieutenant. Then he was assigned to the 7th Air Cavalry Battalion, where there is an assault platoon leader, section chief and squadron commander. In this military marriage, in 1998, she was allowed to serve outside the country in the Polish Military Contingent in Bosnia as a platoon commander. In 2002, he continued at the National Defense University, in 2004 he received his master's degree. Then, in 2004, he continues his service in the 7th Air Squadron, later as the head of the section, chief of staff of the squadron. In 2007, he served as part of the Polish Military Contingent in Iraq as the chief of staff. Then, in 2008, he began his specialization service at the Land Forces Command. In 2011, he ends his service in the Land Forces Command, starting in the same year in the 6th Airborne Battalion, returning to it continuously until 2014 as a battalion commander. In 2012, he serves in the Polish Military Contingent in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan as the commander of a combat group.

In 2014, he is officially transferred to the 6th Airborne Brigade, where the position of the Brigade Chief of Staff and Deputy Brigade Commander is located. In 2016, he serves as part of the personnel reserve in the 25th Air Cavalry Brigade. In 2017, I joined the new five-person branch of the Polish Armed Forces, the Territorial Defense Forces, and took the position of the head of the unit in the Territorial Defense Forces Command. In 2017, the Minister of National Defense maintains the position of commander of the 4th Warmian-Masurian Territorial Defense Brigade, which he commands continuously until 2022.

In 2022, he became the director of the Office for the "Become a Soldier of the Republic of Poland" program and assistant to the Minister of National Defense for the development of the Central Military Recruitment Center, in the same year he took the position of the Head of the Central Military Recruitment Center. On May 3, 2023, he was promoted by the President of the Republic of Poland to rank of brigadier general.

Repeatedly awarded with decorations for merits in the country and on missions, e.g. Star of Afghanistan and Iraq, NATO ISAF Medal, silver and bronze Medal for Merit for National Defense, Military Cross of Merit with Swords, Cross of Merit for Bravery, Badge of Distinguished Soldier of the Republic of Poland, Wounds and Injuries.
