Between 1996 and 2005, he was associated with one of the largest law firms in Wielkopolska (in the top three of Rzeczpospolita ranking in Wielkopolska), and between 2003 and 2005 he was a partner of this law firm. Since 2005, he has been advising on company restructuring and M&A transactions.
In addition, he has over 15 years of experience in providing legal services to the defence industry, among others, he took part in preparing the Polish position in intergovernmental negotiations, participated in negotiations on licensing and transfer of defence technologies and in developing the concept of defence industry consolidation. He led a study of the defence procurement system in European Union countries and provided opinions on draft laws concerning the defence industry.
In 2007-2010, judge at the Stock Exchange Court at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Member of supervisory boards of State Treasury companies and, in 2007, plenipotentiary of the Minister of the State Treasury for the commercialisation of the Ossoliński National Institute - Publishing in Wrocław.
Expert of the Public Finance Committee of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland within the scope of works on amendments to the Tax Ordinance, among others, eliminating the immediate enforceability of tax decisions. Within the framework of cooperation with one of the largest Polish think-tanks, author of draft laws, e.g. on lowering social insurance contributions for employees starting work, on the right to choose between the Social Insurance Institution and the Open Pension Fund, on consumer bankruptcy. He has also prepared a parliamentary motion to the Constitutional Tribunal on tax legislation.
