Economist, manager, graduate of the University of Insurance in Kielce and the Radom University of Technology. He also completed MBA postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Management at the Lublin University of Technology and Polish-American MBA postgraduate studies at the University of Minnesota at the Lublin University of Technology. He passed the qualification exam at the Ministry of Finance for the position of Tax Control Inspector.

Before being appointed to the Management Board of PGZ S.A. he was the vice-president of the management board for finance of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. based in Lublin. In 2016-2020 he worked at PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Skarżysko-Kamienna Branch, where he managed the Radom Energy Region. In the years 2014-2016 he was the vice-president of the management board for finance at Wodociągi Miejskie in Radom sp. z o.o., and in the years 2013-2014 he was the financial director and proxy of this company. In the years 2008-2012 he worked at the Tax Control Office in Warsaw, and in the years 2001-2007 at the First Tax Office in Radom. He has the powers of a Tax Control Inspector. In addition, he is a member of the supervisory bodies of Polish legal entities.
