Police officer from 1990 to 2016, he served in counter-terrorist units of the Police, among others as commander of the Independent Anti-Terrorist Sub-Division of the Police in Łódź and director of the Bureau of Anti-Terrorist Operations of the Police Headquarters, he ended his service with the rank of Police Inspector. Between 2012 and 2016, he was responsible for counter-terrorist security of the country. On numerous occasions, he commanded combat operations of counter-terrorist units of the Polish Police. In 2012-2015, representative of the Polish Police in the ATLAS cooperation platform bringing together commanders of central counter-terrorist units of EU countries. Doctor of Economics in the discipline of management sciences, specialising in decision-making in crisis situations and systemic solutions in security.
