Paweł Ziemnicki

Paweł Ziemnicki has been active in topics related to the space industry for seven years. He worked as a journalist and then as an editor-in-chief of the Space24.pl website that belongs to the Defence24 Group. He has written a number of analyzes and shorter press articles on satellite Earth observation, satellite communication, and navigation and positioning using GNSS infrastructure. He conducted many interviews with ministers and other decision makers, as well as with the heads of organizations such as the European Space Agency and the European Southern Observatory. Paweł Ziemnicki has published his essays in many of the main Polish newspapers as well as weekly and monthly magazines.

He has led discussion panels on the space industry during many large economic conferences, such as EFNI, Kongres 590 or Krynica Forum, as well as during Cyber24Day. He also moderated the entire space conference in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Later he was involved in selling satellite imagery, working for various foreign operators. Currently, he is the Head of the Association Bureau at the Polish Space Industry Association.
