Hubert Królikowski is a professor at the Institute of the Middle and Far East at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He has a doctorate in military history defended at the Military Historical Institute in 1996, habilitation in the field of national security obtained at the National Defense University in Warsaw in 2006, in 2015 the academic title of professor. In the years 1994–1997 he worked in the National Security Bureau. In the years 1997-2005 he was a senior defense analyst at CEC Government Relations. Since 2006, he has been employed as managerial staff cooperating with the cooperation of defense industries and the state defense policy at the Institute of Aviation, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of National Defence, and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. In 2016-17, adviser to the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of National Defense for the Strategic Defense Review. Among the advisors to the Management Board of the WB Group. Interests in the study of special operations and special operations, operational and unconventional warfare, armed conflict operations.
