Advisor to the Minister of Defence, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Defence, General and Commander of Polish Land Forces. While being Commander of Polish Land Forces he prioritized the cooperation between Poland and other countries by eg. engaging in joint military exercises.

In 2005 he was Commander of Multinational Division Central-South during the 4th turn of Polish Military Contingent in Iraq. He was responsible for minimalizing the number of attacks done by the rebels in that particular territory. After becoming Commander of Polish Land Forces, he decided to increase the number of Polish troops in Afghanistan.

Waldemar Skrzypczak is an alumn of Military Academy Officer’s College in Poznań, Academy of the General Staff of the Polish Army in Warsaw. He completed a course of managing strategic resources in Monterey Graduate School, California, USA.A.
