Witold Skomra is a specialist in national security, crisis management, risk analysis and protection of critical infrastructure. National delegate to the High Level Risk Forum group operating within the OECD and to the EU group PROCIV - CER preparing the draft Critical Entities Resilience directive. As an advisor, he is responsible for the protection of critical infrastructure in RCB. Apart from working at the RCB, he is an academic lecturer at the Faculty of Management at the Warsaw University of Technology. Former firefighter - Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service.
